In our projects we normally involves the community, local government office, Municipalities, Ministries, Regions, Districts, Local and International Non governmental organization e.t.c.
TISER was formed as a group of volunteers in 2009 by the graduates from different universities and colleges. It was formed by group community development officers, sociologists, accountants; Environmental engineers, economics, lawyers and nurses. The aim of the group was to affiliate with the existing local and international NGO and Districts in Morogoro region for all matters relating to water and environmental health, creation of awereness, strategies to prevent HIV/AIDS as well as to support orphans and the patients who affected by HIV/AIDS and all matters relating to legal and good Governance .TISER become registered as NGO on 30th of March 2012 under Act No. 24 of 2002 with Registration No. OONGO/00005449 of the United Republic of Tanzania.

TISER has board members consist of 14 people (4women and 10 men) with a chairperson, secretary and others are members, however the Chief Executive Officer (C.E.O) is the head of the organization that is responsible in monitoring/supervising day to day activities of the Organization.
